Lingote translates legal and business documents for companies, such as articles of association, commercial register extracts and agreements, as a sworn translation or without certification, depending on what the receiver requires.

Sworn translation or translation without certification
In Estonia, only sworn translators make official translations (Sworn Translators Act, § 7(1)). You need a sworn translation when the receiver, such as a foreign bank or register, asks for an official translation. If you only need to understand what a document says, a translation without certification is enough, and it costs less. If you are not sure, ask the receiver whether it needs a sworn translation.
Dmitri Šmorgun makes sworn translations from Estonian into English and Russian, from Russian into English, and from English into Russian. His sworn translator certificate no. 21 does not cover translation into Estonian. You receive a sworn translation on paper or as a digitally signed file (.asice).
