Interpreting

Dmitri Šmorgun provides consecutive interpreting in Estonian, Russian and English at notary transactions, negotiations and business meetings, and you can book by phone or email.

The hourly rate is in the table below.

What consecutive interpreting is

In consecutive interpreting, the speaker talks in short parts. The interpreter interprets each part when the speaker pauses. No equipment is needed. It suits meetings with few people where every word counts.

When you need an interpreter

  • A notary transaction, such as the sale of real estate or shares, when one party does not speak the language of the transaction.
  • Negotiations with a partner who speaks Russian or English.
  • A business meeting where the participants have no common language.

How to book

Call +372 5787 7779 or write to info@lingote.ee. Tell us:

  • the date, time and place;
  • the languages, for example Russian and Estonian;
  • the type of meeting and how long you expect it to take.

If there are documents for the meeting, such as a draft contract, send them in advance. Then the interpreter can prepare.

Opening hours are Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00. Work outside these hours costs more. The surcharges are on the prices page.

Written translation

If you need a written translation of the transaction documents, see the legal and business translation page.
